Dubai Bling’s Zeina Khoury is a real estate queen

Born on December 13, 1983 in Lebanon, Zeina is 38 years old and moved to Dubai in 2006 after graduating from Notre Dame University – Louaize due to conflicts in her home country.

With a degree in banking and finance, a path in real estate was not on the agenda. Desperate to break into the industry, Zeina took a huge gamble by taking a job with the company, developing the five-star Palazzo Versace Dubai hotel. She had an unstable salary, but the leap of faith led her to acquire High Mark Real Estate in 2009.

As the company’s CEO and chief growth officer, she transformed High Mark into a major industry player with “over $2.5 billion in transaction value,” the website writes.

When not showing off her latest properties, Zeina is a television and radio personality throughout the Gulf region. Tune in to her weekly Instagram Live for real estate advice at Property Talks With Zeina.

Netflix bills the cast as “self-made millionaires”, but Arabian Business says only four members have reached the million mark: Loujain Adada ($3.8 million), Kris and Brianna Fade ($1.3 million) and Ebraheem Al Samadi ($50 million).

Meanwhile, Zeina’s net worth is reportedly estimated at $310,000.

Starting a family has changed his life enormously.

As a working mother, Zeina admits she sometimes feels guilty about her work-life balance. Her son, Joe, was born around 2016 and she also has a four-year-old daughter named Alexa.

Explaining how growing a family has affected her work, she says it has made her more patient: “My leadership style has changed tremendously. I began to better understand the women who work with me. Now I’m more understanding, I’m more patient, and I don’t take things to heart.
